Where do I park?

There is valet and self park available in our building and we validate.

 

Do you take dental insurance?

We do not accept assignment of benefits, which means payment for services is due in full at the time of your visit. As a courtesy, our office will submit your claim to your insurance company on your behalf. Any reimbursement from your insurance provider will be sent directly to you.

 

Do you charge for missed of cancelled appointments?

There is a per hour charge for any missed or cancelled appointment without two business days notice.

 

Are you accepting new patients?

We would be happy to see your family and friends and appreciate the referral.

 

Do you see kids?

We see ages 2 and older, and enjoy taking care of your entire family.
